Common use of Creation of and Distributions from StadCo Capital Projects Fund Clause in Contracts

Creation of and Distributions from StadCo Capital Projects Fund. (a) StadCo Contribution to StadCo Capital Projects Fund. Beginning on the date described below and continuing thereafter during the Term as described below, StadCo shall make, or cause to be made, deposits into the StadCo Capital Projects Fund in an annual amount equal to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($2,500,000.00), which amount shall increase annually by the CPI Increase. Such deposits into the StadCo Capital Projects Fund shall be due and payable by StadCo during the Term beginning on the first anniversary of the commencement of the Term and continuing annually on such date thereafter.
