Common use of Creation of Liens Clause in Contracts

Creation of Liens. The creation or enforcement of any lien, deed of trust, pledge, security interest, encumbrances or other lien (including a lien of attachment, judgment or execution) securing a charge or obligation affecting any or all of the Property or all or any of Borrower’s Personal Property, excepting Permitted Encumbrances which continues more than thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice from Lender; or

Creation of Liens. The creation or enforcement of any lien, deed of trustmortgage, pledge, security interest, encumbrances encumbrance, or other lien (including a lien of attachment, judgment or execution) securing a charge or obligation affecting any or all of the Property or all or any of Borrower’s Personal Property, excepting Permitted Encumbrances which continues more than thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice from LenderCollateral; or

The Excepting Permitted Encumbrances, the creation or enforcement of any lien, deed of trust, pledge, security interest, encumbrances or other lien (including a lien of attachment, judgment or execution) securing a charge or obligation affecting any or all of the Property or all or any of Borrower’s Personal Property, excepting Permitted Encumbrances Property which continues more than thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice from Lender; or

Creation of Liens. The creation or enforcement of any lien, deed of trust, pledge, security interest, encumbrances or other lien (including a lien of attachment, judgment or execution) securing a charge or obligation affecting any or all of the Property or all or any Project other than encumbrances in favor of Borrowerthe Lender, and except with respect to materialmen’s Personal Property, excepting Permitted Encumbrances liens which continues more than have been duly discharged by the Borrower within thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice from Lenderafter the filing thereof; or
