Removal of Liens. Provider shall not directly or indirectly cause, create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any mortgage, pledge, lien (including mechanics’, laborers’ or materialmen’s liens), charge, security interest, encumbrance or claim of any nature (“Liens”) on or with respect to the Site or any interest therein; provided that this Section 7.1.3 shall not limit Liens on the System. If Provider breaches its obligations under this Section, it shall immediately notify Customer in writing, shall promptly cause such Lien to be discharged and released of record without cost to Customer, and shall defend and indemnify Customer against all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs at trial and on appeal) incurred in discharging and releasing such Lien.

Removal of Liens. If LESSEE shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record or bonded within the aforesaid ninety (90) day period or satisfy such liens within thirty (30) days after any judgment in favor of such lien holders from which no further appeal might be taken, then LESSOR shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by LESSOR to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute additional rent payable by LESSEE to LESSOR.

Removal of Liens. Except as otherwise provided for in this Article, Tenant shall not create, permit or suffer, and shall promptly discharge and satisfy of record, any other lien, encumbrance, charge, security interest, or other right or interest which shall be or become a lien, encumbrance, charge or security interest upon the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof, or the income therefrom, or on the interest of Landlord or Tenant in the Demised Premises, or any portion thereof, save and except for those liens, encumbrances, charges, security interests, or other rights or interests consented to, in writing by Landlord, or those mortgages, assignments of rents, assignments of leases and other mortgage documentation placed thereon by Landlord in financing or refinancing the Demised Premises.
Removal of Liens. If at any time any notice of any Lien is filed, then Contractor shall, promptly and without charge, discharge, remove, or otherwise dispose of such Lien. Until such discharge, removal, or disposition, Owner shall have the right to retain from any money payable hereunder an amount that Owner, in its sole judgment, deems necessary to satisfy such Lien and to pay the costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and administrative expenses, of any actions brought in connection therewith or by reason thereof.
