Common use of Creation of New Designations Clause in Contracts

Creation of New Designations. In the event that the School Division creates a new position falling within the jurisdiction of this Collective Agreement, salaries and allowances for that position shall be arrived at by consultation with representatives of the Teacher Welfare Committee of the Alberta Teachers’ Association Local No. 73. In addition to the foregoing salary, Administrative allowances shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule:
