Creation of On-Call List. i. While it is expected that a new employee will be added to the on-call rotation (for the next list that is developed) no later than twelve (12) months from his/her date of hire, a non-probationary employee may be placed into the appropriate utilities or maintenance on-call pool within six (6) months of date of hire at the discretion of the supervisor. Separate utilities and maintenance on-call lists will be created via seniority. Each time the list is published those employees who have left the college will be removed and those employees who have qualified to stand on-call will be added with additions to the lists being placed in seniority order.
