Common use of Credit and Audit Review Clause in Contracts

Credit and Audit Review. You are subject to satisfactory credit and audit review by the Bank from time to time, at the Bank’s sole option and discretion, and in accordance with the Bank’s established credit and auditing criteria. You shall, upon the Bank’s request, provide to the Bank any such credit and audit related information and assistance as the Bank may require to perform any such review. Your failure to meet such standards in the sole discretion of the Bank or to provide such information or assistance when requested shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall permit the Bank to terminate this Agreement and your access to the System and the Services therein.
