Credit Balance. Any credit issued, or credit balance, will be applied within one (1) year of its issuance. Credits can be applied against merchandise purchases only, no cash refunds. If not applied within one (1) year, the credit balance remaining shall be cancelled, and RPM shall have no further liability.
