CREDIT BANKING PROCESS. Within the context of this Agreement, habitat credits will be deposited in the maintenance bank following the sequence detailed in Parts 4.5.2, 4.5.3 and 4.5.4.

CREDIT BANKING PROCESS. Within the context of this Agreement, habitat credits will be deposited in the maintenance bank following the sequence detailed in Parts 4.5.24.5.2 and 4.5.3. Additionally, 4.5.3 the Parties agree that credit will be deposited for the Xxxxxx Slough and Wiley Slough restoration projects, as determined in Part 4.5.4.
