Credit Check Authorization. By submitting a Registration Form or becoming a Customer, you hereby grant Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC (including any of its employees, agents, affiliates or subsidiaries) permission, on an ongoing and recurring basis, to investigate and/or check your credit. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to retrieve, review and assess reports from third-party sources. For example, each applicant and Customer expressly consents, without limitation of the foregoing general grant, to the use of the applicant's or Customer's Dun & Xxxx street report, trade references provided by the applicant or Customer, and any other sources Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC may find useful or helpful in assessing the creditworthiness of applicant or Customer in connection with your status or any transaction via the Site. This grant shall be deemed to continue from the date of agreement to these terms and for so long as you are a Customer or applicant for registration or, if later, until you have made full payment for all products or services purchased, sold or offered through the Site and full payment for all use of the Services. NOT WITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, GLOBAL FORWARDING ENTERPRISES LLC IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO INVESTIGATE OR CHECK THE CREDIT WORTHINESS OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CUSTOMER, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IN EACH INSTANCE TO VERIFY THE CREDIT WORTHINESS AND SUITABILITY OF ANY OTHER CUSTOMER WITH WHOM YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS OR INTERACT WITH VIA THE SITE OR THE SERVICE.
Credit Check Authorization. You agree and hereby authorize us to check with any credit reporting agencies concerning your credit; and we agree to not voluntarily disclose those findings to third parties without permission or subpoena and you agree that Legacy may, but is not required to, use the information for our decisions relating to authorizing overdrafts or not authorizing overdrafts and other related banking purposes. We may report negative information regarding your account(s) with Legacy Bank to consumer reporting agencies.
Credit Check Authorization. You hereby authorize Convene to request and obtain information regarding you from credit reporting sources, consumer reporting agencies, private credit reporting associations, or other third parties regarding your creditworthiness and credit history. You also authorize us to periodically obtain and use your credit report and other credit information provided by a credit-reporting agency, private credit reporting association, or third parties, during the Term of this Agreement.
Credit Check Authorization. Buyer authorizes AVENTICS to conduct a credit investigation for the purpose of extending credit to Buyer. Buyer agrees to supply such information as may be required by AVENTICS to: (i) warrant the future extension of credit; (ii) enable AVENTICS to perfect liens; or (iii) recover upon any bond issued for its protection.
Credit Check Authorization. Buyer authorizes Seller to conduct a credit investigation for the purpose of extending credit to Buyxx. Xuyxx xxrees to supply such information as may be required by Seller to: (i) warrant the future extension of credit; (ii) enable Seller to perfect liens; or (iii) recover upon any bond issued for its protection. Buyxx xxrther agrees to inform Selxxx xx any material change in the condition of its business or of any changes in its legal structure. Parties In Interest: This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
Credit Check Authorization. Buyer authorizes RBCA to conduct a credit investigation for the purpose of extending credit to Buyer. Buyer agrees to supply such information as may be required by RBCA to: (i) warrant the future extension of credit; (ii) enable RBCA to perfect liens; or (iii) recover upon any bond issued for its protection.
Credit Check Authorization. Buyer authorizes BTC to conduct a credit investigation for the purpose of extending credit to Buyer. Buyer agrees to supply such information as may be required by BTC to: (i) warrant the future extension of credit; (ii) enable BTC to perfect liens; or (iii) recover upon any bond issued for its protection.
Credit Check Authorization. Buyer authorizes BRUS to conduct a credit investigation for the purpose of extending credit to Buyer. Buyer agrees to supply such information as may be required by BRUS to: (i) warrant the future extension of credit; (ii) enable BRUS to perfect liens; or (iii) recover upon any bond issued for its protection.
Credit Check Authorization. By signing the application for a lease or this Lease Agreement, each prospective tenant agrees and authorizes the Landlord or property manager to perform a credit report check upon the prospective tenant for creditworthiness to be able to lease the Premises.
Credit Check Authorization. The Tenant has authorized the Landlord, or his duly authorized representative, to order and to obtain, at Tenant's expense, a Consumer Report (Credit Report) from a Consumer Reporting Agency to be used in connection with the execution of this Lease. The Tenant hereby authorizes the Landlord or his duly authorized representative to disclose to the Landlord or any other party directly involved in this transaction with the credit information provided by such Consumer Reporting Agency or by the Tenant. This Lease is contingent upon receipt of and Landlord's approval of a satisfactory credit report of Tenant. If Landlord shall fail to approve Tenant's credit, then any deposit monies paid hereunder will be returned to the Tenant.
