Your Status. (a) You must be either: (i) a Student when You sign this agreement; or (ii) entitled to be a Student as at the next ‘Census Date’, being the date notified by Us on the UNSW website when students become financially liable for the courses they have enrolled in for the relevant teaching period. (b) If Your status as being enrolled as a Student has not been confirmed when You sign this agreement, You must notify Us as soon as You either receive confirmation of Your status or You are notified that You have not been accepted as a Student. You must also notify Us if You cease to be a Student at any time during Your Residency Period. (c) If You: (i) did not get confirmed as being enrolled as a Student, this agreement will automatically terminate from the date on which You notify Us; or (ii) notify Us that You have ceased to be a Student, We may exercise the rights We have under clause 20(b) but You must continue to comply with Your obligations under this agreement (including Your obligations to pay the Accommodation Fee) even though You may no longer be a Student.

Your Status. Nothing herein shall make you a partner with us or render our relationship an association. You are responsible for your own conduct, for the employment, control and conduct of your employees and agents and for injury to such employees or agents or to others through such employees or agents. You assume full responsibility for your employees and agents under applicable laws and agree to pay all employer taxes relating thereto.
Your Status. 8.1 You are an independent contractor and not our agent, partner or employee. 8.2 You cannot incur liabilities or obligations on our behalf unless specifically authorised by us in writing. 8.3 You must not hold yourself out as our employee to any third party.
Your Status. 7.1 You warrant and represent to us that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. In particular, but without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, you warrant and represent to us that: (a) You are at least 18 years of age (or, if higher, the legal age for entering into a legal contract and receiving payments in your jurisdiction); (b) You have a valid, open bank account and Paypal account registered in your own name; and (c) You will provide such information and documentation as we and/or the Brand reasonably require in order to verify your identity and age, including but not limited to a form of photo identification and proof of bank account and/or address.
Your Status. 3.1 We have categorised you as a “retail client” for the purposes of the FCA Rules. This gives you the highest level of protection under the FCA Rules. You agree to such categorisation and to being treated as a retail client for the purposes of the FCA Rules and under and in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. 3.2 You have the right to request to be re-categorised as a “professional client” for the purposes of the FCA Rules. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us or, if applicable, your Investment Firm, who will submit your request to us on your behalf. We will consider your request but we are under no obligation to accept it and re-categorise you as a professional client.
Your Status. Upon confirmation of your Booking in accordance with Clauses 4.1 or 4.2 , you warrant that: (a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) You are at least 18 years old; and (c) The details provided to IEL in connection with your Booking are true, complete and accurate, particularly that the credit or debit card used for the Booking is yours and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Booking requested. xxx.xxxxxx.xx Changes in connection with the booking. Subject to clause 4.11 (c) (Cancellation Policy), IEL will endeavor (but not guarantee) always subject to availability and at its discretion to accommodate any changes you may wish to make to your Booking (‘Change Request’), which are limited to: (a) any change to your arrival and/or departure date; (b) any change to the number of people accompanying you and booked to stay at the Camp; (c) any change to the type of accommodation at the Camp; and (d) any transfer of your Booking to a substitute person. In the event of a Change Request or to the information provided to IEL in relation to your Booking, it is your responsibility to inform IEL in writing addressed to the email addresses provided below as soon as possible after making your Booking. Upon accepting and effecting your Change Request, a new Accommodation Confirmation will be issued by IEL setting out the new applicable rates (where applicable). Please note that changes accepted by IEL may not be accepted by any third-party service providers with whom you have contracted for other services, such as spa treatments, flights, among others. You hereby acknowledge that IEL shall not be liable for any loss or damage that you may incur or suffer as a result of a Change Request. Upon confirmation of your Booking, you shall take full responsibility for the Booking whether financial or otherwise on behalf of any other guest(s) accompanying you (unless accompanying guest(s) fill in their own booking form) and confirm that the information provided to IEL and/or the Camp relating to such other guest(s) is true, accurate and complete in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If a third-party undertakes the Booking for the Guest, the third-party and the Guest will be jointly and severally liable to IEL for all obligations arising from this Agreement. xxx.xxxxxx.xx xxx.xxxxxx.xx

Your Status. 3.1 We have categorised you (or if you are joint clients, both of you) for regulatory purposes as a reatil client. This means that you have the highest level of protection available under the FCA Rules. 3.2 You may request to be categorised differently, although we do not need to agree to this. If we do agree, you will be afforded a lower level of client protection and you may be asked to enter into new terms and conditions in respect of the services we provide to you. 3.3 If you are joint clients, you agree that these Terms will apply to each of you individually and to both of you separately, and that where applicable you will each individually and jointly together be liable to us under these Terms. We are generally not concerned with the practical division or ownership of the assets held by joint clients in their Accounts, and treat each joint client as having a right to all the assets and cash held within that Account. 3.4 By agreeing to be bound by these Terms, you confirm that you consent to us using a reference agency for identity verification and fraud checking purposes. We may ask you for further information and documentation from time to time as may reasonably require in connection with our provision of our Services to you, to verify your identity or for compliance with our obligations under Applicable Law. You agree to provide this information and documentation promptly when asked. If you do not provide such information and documentation, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide our Services to you, and shall have no liability for any Losses you may suffer or incur as a result.
