Common use of Credit Check Clause in Contracts

Credit Check. Verizon may, at any time, in the reasonable exercise of its discretion, conduct a credit check of Customer, for purposes of which Customer will provide any financial information reasonably requested by Verizon. Verizon’s agreement to extend credit to Customer or to vary credit limits already extended (whether up or down) from time to time will be at Verizon’s absolute discretion.
