Common use of Credit Check Clause in Contracts

Credit Check. Prior to delivery of the Services and throughout the performance of this Agreement, Vodafone may carry out credit checks. In the event that any credit check on the Customer is not satisfactory then Vodafone may: (a) require upfront payment of Charges; (b) require a deposit; (c) set credit limits on the account of the Customer; (d) apply other reasonable restrictions; (e) suspend the provision of the Services and the Equipment; or (f) terminate immediately all or part of this Agreement, without prejudice to Vodafone’s right to claim any Charges that may be generated by such termination, and any outstanding payments owed by the Customer by virtue of this Agreement.
