Common use of Credit Extensions by each Agent Clause in Contracts

Credit Extensions by each Agent. Each Agent and the Issuer shall have the same rights and powers with respect to (x) (i) in the case of the Agents, the Credit Extensions made by it or any of its Affiliates and (ii) in the case of the Issuer, the Loans made by it or any of its Affiliates, and (y) the Notes held by it or any of its Affiliates as any other Lender and may exercise the same as if it were not an Agent or the Issuer. Each Agent, the Issuer and each of their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Borrower as if such Agent or Issuer were not an Agent or Issuer hereunder.
