Credit Facility Fee. Borrower agrees that a Line of Credit facility fee equal to 0.25% of the annual Maximum Line of Credit shall be charged by Credit Union and paid by Borrower on an annual basis for providing this credit facility. The commitment fee shall be paid annually within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement and any renewals thereof.
Credit Facility Fee. Borrower agrees to pay Agent for the account of all Lenders an annual credit facility fee of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (the 'Credit Facility Fee'). The Credit Facility Fee shall be payable quarterly, in arrears, in equal installments of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). Once received by DFS, no Credit Facility Fee shall be refundable by DFS for any reason."
Credit Facility Fee. Borrowers agree to pay Lender a non-refundable credit facility fee in the amount of Six Thousand Four Hundred One and 27/100 Dollars ($6,401.27) upon the execution of this Agreement. The facility fee is paid to Lender as compensation for committing to make funds available to Borrowers under the Credit Facility, as set forth in paragraph 3 above, and is not paid as compensation for the Credit Facility or for any other purpose.
Credit Facility Fee. In consideration of Lender’s agreeing to enter into this Loan Agreement and make the Credit Facility available to Borrower, upon the execution of the Loan Documents Borrower agrees to pay a Credit Facility Fee to Lender in the amount of $65,000.00.
Credit Facility Fee. Paragraph 1.12 of the Loan Agreement is hereby modified to read as follows: Borrowers agree to pay Lender a facility fee equal to 50 basis point on the amount of each individual loan request at the time of disbursement.
Credit Facility Fee. On the date that this Agreement has been executed by both parties, the Company agrees to pay to the Bank a credit facility fee in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
Credit Facility Fee. Section 3.4(d) of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Credit Facility Fee. Borrower agrees to pay DFS an annual credit facility fee, payable in advance, on the execution of this Agreement, and on each anniversary thereof through the term of this Agreement, in an amount equal to Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($5,400.00). Once received by DFS, no Credit Facility Fee shall be refundable by DFS for any reason.
Credit Facility Fee. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Borrower shall pay a Credit Facility Fee in the amount of $125,000.00 to Administrative Agent for the account of Xxxxx Fargo.
Credit Facility Fee. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Borrower shall pay a Credit Facility Fee in the amount of $200,000.00 to Administrative Agent for the accounts of Woodforest and Fifth Third, to be divided in accordance with their Applicable Percentages.
