Credit Facility Provider. Following the release of the Credit Enhancement Agreement by the Trustee pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and the provision of an Alternate Credit Facility, all notices to be provided ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac and/or the Servicer hereunder shall be provided to the Alternate Credit Facility Provider and payments to be made to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or the Servicer from the Administration Fund shall be paid to the Alternate Credit Facility Provider.
