Common use of Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines. CAC will not amend, modify, restate or replace, in whole or in part, the Credit Guidelines or Collection Guidelines, which change would impair the collectibility of any Loan or Contract or otherwise adversely affect the interests or the remedies of Funding under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, unless such change is permitted under the Loan and Security Agreement and unless CAC obtains the prior written consent of Funding.
