Collection Guidelines. As long as it is the Servicer, CAC will comply in all material respects with the Collection Guidelines or otherwise as required by Applicable Law in regard to each Loan and Contract.
Collection Guidelines. The Borrower will not permit the amendment, modification, restatement or replacement, in whole or in part, of the Collection Guidelines, which change would materially impair the collectibility of any Loan or Contract or otherwise adversely affect the interests or the remedies of the Deal Agent, Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, without the prior written consent of the Deal Agent.

(i) The Servicer will (a) comply in all material respects with the Collection Guidelines in regard to each Loan and Contract, and (b) furnish to the Deal Agent quarterly, prompt notice of any material change in the Collection Guidelines and will deliver a copy of such changes to the Deal Agent and each Liquidity Agent, quarterly.
(ii) The Servicer will not agree to or otherwise permit to occur any material change in the Collection Guidelines, which change would impair the collectibility of any Loan or Contract or otherwise adversely affect the interests or remedies of the Deal Agent, the Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, without the prior written consent of the Deal Agent.
Collection Guidelines. CAC will deliver a complete copy of the most current Collection Guidelines to the Lenders prior to the Closing Date;
