We may change this Agreement for any reason and at any time, subject to applicable law. This means that we can change rates and fees that apply to your Account. It also means we can add, remove, replace or modify provisions of this Agreement. If required by applicable law, we will give you notice of the changes. If you have the right to reject a change, we will notify you and tell you how to reject, unless you fail to make a required minimum payment within sixty (60) days after its due date. If we notify you of a change, we may do so on your periodic statement or send you a separate written notice, either of which may be sent to you in an electronic format if you have agreed to receive notices from us electronically. Except as prohibited by law, any change in terms will apply to your existing Account Balance as well as to future Transactions. We may change the terms of this Agreement based on information in your credit report, market conditions, business strategy or for anyother reason.
