Cash Advances. An Finance Charge will be imposed on cash advances from the date made or from the first day of billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to your account, whichever is later, and will continue to accrue until the date of payment.

Cash Advances. Finance charges will be imposed on the aggregate balance including all Cash Advances as described in Section 7 of this part C (below), starting on the date of the Cash Advance and lasting until paid in full.
Cash Advances. (1) You may use your Card to obtain a Cash Advance at most banks that display the Visa logo. (2) You may use your Card, in conjunction with the personal identification number (“PIN”) we will issue to you, to obtain a Cash Advance at automated teller machines (“ATMs”) that bear the Plus® logo. The operator of the ATM may add a surcharge to the amount of the Cash Advance you request. If so, the surcharge will be part of the Cash Advance charged to your Account. (3) You may use your Card to establish overdraft protection on a checking account if permitted by your financial institution. You obtain a Cash Advance each time your Card is used to fund such an overdraft. (4) We may send you blank forms of convenience checks or cash advance checks (“Convenience Checks” or “Checks”) from time to time. If we do, you may use a Check to obtain a Cash Advance by signing and completing the Check in accordance with the terms on the Check and any written materials that accompany it. You obtain a Cash Advance each time you use a Check and we pay it when it is presented to us, including when you use a Check to purchase or lease goods or services. (5) You may obtain a Cash Advance when you use your Card for items that are convertible to cash or similar cash-like transactions that we may designate from time to time, including wire transfer money orders, other money orders, travelers checks, or foreign currency or tax payments (so-called “quasi- cash” transactions). However, your Card may not be used to obtain, and we will not honor requests for, a Cash Advance in the form of casino chips, bets or xxxxxx, gaming transactions (including Internet gambling), lottery tickets or the like. (6) Certain establishments may cash your personal checks upon presentment of your Card. In the event we are required to pay the amount of a check cashed in this manner because your check is not paid for any reason, we may charge your Account for a Cash Advance in the amount of the check and any processing charge we incur.
Cash Advances. Merchant will not submit, deposit or process any transaction for the purpose of obtaining or providing a cash advance. Merchant will not submit any transaction that involves a Card owned or controlled by Merchant for the purpose of obtaining a cash advance or deposit of funds into Merchant’s own Designated Account. Merchant agrees that any such deposit or transaction shall be grounds for immediate termination.
Cash Advances. You may use your Card or Account to obtain cash advances wherever they are honored for cash advances. a. Cash Advances obtained from a financial institution, an automated teller machine, or any other party that agrees to honor your Card or Account for cash advance purposes, and all convenience checks posted to your account are considered Cash Advances. For example, your Card may be used to obtain cash advances at ATMs displaying the VISA logo and from participating financial institutions honoring VISA credit cards. Transactions to obtain the following goods and services will also be treated as a Cash Advance: travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, debt repayments, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track xxxxxx, legal online xxxxxx, or similar betting transactions, and any other similar cash-like transactions. b. See the Interest Rate and Fee Schedule of this Agreement for Cash Advance fee details. The amount of the Cash Advance transaction fee will be added to your minimum monthly payment and is due by the payment due date indicated on your monthly billing statement. c. You may be required to sign a special form and/or provide your personal identification number (PIN) when making a Cash Advance. Please select a PIN that is not easily identifiable and does not consist of one single number (for example, “1111”) or consecutive numbers. PINs should also not be based on or include your birth date, zip code or Account number. Do not write your PIN on your Card and do not keep your PIN with or near your Card or any Access Device.
Cash Advances. The finance charge on cash advances for a billing cycle is computed by applying the monthly periodic rate to the average daily balance, which is determined by dividing the sum of the daily balances during the billing cycle by the number of days in the cycle. Each daily balance is determined by adding to the previous balance for cash advances (the outstanding cash advance balance of your account at the beginning of the billing cycle) any new cash advances received and subtracting any payments as received or credits as posted to your account, but excluding any unpaid finance charges.
Cash Advances. Cash Advances on the account that do not exceed the account’s Cash Limit may be obtained by the Cardholder. We will advise you of your cash advance limit in writing and it will become part of this agreement by reference. FINANCE CHARGES will accrue on all Cash Advances from the date the advance is made on the Cardholder’s account until the Cash Advance is paid in full.

Cash Advances. (1) Finance charges accrue on all cash advance amounts from the date charged to your Account and continue so long as such amounts remain outstanding.
Cash Advances. Notwithstanding the overall credit limit referred to in Clause 2.1, you may use your Card to obtain cash advances only up to the limit determined by us from time to time, whether or not such limit is notified to you. If a cash advance is obtained through the use of your Card and/or the PIN of your Card, we may debit the Card Account of your Card with: 4.4.1 the fee stated in Clause 4.3.6; and 4.4.2 a finance charge calculated based on a prevailing interest rate of 28% p.a. on the amount of the cash advance as from the date the cash advance was obtained until full payment of the outstanding balance of that Card Account is made.
Cash Advances. An Interest Charge will be imposed on cash advances from the date each cash advance is made. There is no time period within which to pay to avoid a periodic Interest Charge on cash advances.
