Credit Memorandum. For all Products, including, but not limited to, any products which are implantable medical products to which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services full and/or partial credit policies apply, Company shall, and for each and every full and/or partial Product credit given, provide Saint Luke’s with a credit memo that provides Saint Luke’s specific information and credit value on a monthly basis. Company is responsible for such reporting and shall notify Saint Luke’s of any credits earned over the previous sales period.
