Common use of Credit Support Clause in Contracts

Credit Support. If Lessor has reasonable grounds for insecurity regarding the performance of Lessee’s obligations hereunder, Lessor may require Lessee to provide credit support in the amount, form and for the term reasonably acceptable to Lessor, including but not limited to, a letter of credit, a prepayment, or a guaranty.
