Common use of Credit Terms Clause in Contracts

Credit Terms. All Services provided to You and covered by the Agreement shall at all times be subject to credit approval or review by VoIP Office. You will provide such credit information or assurance as is requested by VoIP Office at any time. VoIP Office, in its sole discretion and judgment, may discontinue credit at any time without notice or require a deposit.
