Price Payment and Terms. 3.1. The prices payable for product and service are the prices as listed in the Ideco price list that is applicable at the time of purchase and any deviation from the list price must be in writing and approved by both parties;
Price Payment and Terms. 6.2.1 The applicable price for manufacture of any Units of Licensed Products ordered hereunder shall be provided to Publisher by the Designated Manufacturing Facility. Purchase shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in any purchase order form supplied to Publisher by the Designated Manufacturing Facility.
Price Payment and Terms. 1. CUSTOMER agrees to pay B&E a one time fee of $925.00 to convert existing system to the central station's format. If any additional equipment is required, CUSTOMER is responsible for payment of said equipment at time such equipment is installed.
