Common use of Credit Units and Credit Unit Equivalencies Clause in Contracts

Credit Units and Credit Unit Equivalencies. (1) The University's current approved credit unit guidelines, including those for resource professionals, shall continue in effect for the duration of this Agreement unless the University and the Union agree to revise or replace them. Such revision or replacement shall require the agreement of the Xxxxxxx and the UPI Chapter President. A CU Guidelines Task Force will be convened no later than February 1, 2007, and shall report recommendations to the Xxxxxxx and the UPI Chapter President no later than March 28, 2007. The Task Force will consist of two appointees by the Xxxxxxx and two appointees by the UPI Chapter President. The agenda items of the Task Force convened to recommend updates and improvements shall include but not be limited to lab CUs, large class-size adjustments, and number of preparations within teaching assignments.
