Commencement of foreclosure or forfeiture proceedings, whether by judicial proceeding, self-help, repossession or any other method, by any creditor of Borrower, any creditor of any Grantor against any collateral securing the Indebtedness, or by any governmental agency if the successful prosecution of such proceeding would have a material adverse effect on the Borrower or its business operations. This includes a garnishment, attachment, or levy on or of any of Borrower's deposit accounts with Lender.
