Creditors and the Pari Passu Note Trustee. In acting pursuant to this Agreement and the relevant Pari Passu Note Indenture, the Pari Passu Note Trustee is not required to have any regard to the interests of the Creditors (other than the Pari Passu Noteholders for which it is the Creditor Representative Creditors) or any Subordinated Creditor.
