Common use of Crime and Disorder Xxx 0000 Clause in Contracts

Crime and Disorder Xxx 0000. 65.1 The Service Provider acknowledges that TfL is under a duty in accordance with Section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Xxx 0000: 65.1.1 to have due regard to the impact of crime, disorder and community safety in the exercise of TfL’s duties; 65.1.2 where appropriate, to identify actions to reduce levels of crime and disorder; and 65.1.3 without prejudice to any other obligation imposed on TfL, to exercise its functions with due regard to the likely effect of the exercise of those functions on, and the need to do all that it reasonably can to prevent, crime and disorder in its area, and in the performance of this Agreement, the Service Provider will assist and co-operate with TfL, and will use reasonable endeavours to procure that its Sub-Contractors observe these duties and assists and co-operates with TfL where possible to enable TfL to satisfy its duty.
