Crimes of Dishonesty. 25.1. Grantee certifies that its own and its Contractor’s; board members, executive officers, directors, administrators, supervisors, managers, and financial officers and anyone holding such a position of authority have not been convicted of theft, fraud, or any other crime involving dishonesty within the past ten (10) years. 25.2. Grantee shall notify Grantee if any of its own or any of its Contractor’s; board members, executive officers, directors, administrators, supervisors, managers, or financial officers or anyone holding such a position of authority have been convicted of theft, fraud, or any other crime involving dishonesty within the past ten (10) years or become convicted of theft, fraud, or any other crime involving dishonesty. Grantor may terminate this agreement, at Xxxxxxx’s discretion, if Xxxxxxx’s or any of its Contractor’s; board members, executive officers, directors, administrators, supervisors, managers, or financial officers or anyone holding such a position of authority have been convicted of theft, fraud, or other crime of dishonesty within the past ten (10) years or become convicted of theft, fraud, or any crime involving dishonesty.
