Common use of Crimes of Dishonesty Clause in Contracts

Crimes of Dishonesty. Grantee shall notify Grantor if any of its own or any of its sub-grantees’ and/or its sub-contractors’ board members, executive officers, directors, administrators, supervisors, managers, or financial officers or anyone holding such a position of authority is criminally charged with or convicted of theft, fraud, or any other crime involving dishonesty at any point during the period of performance of this grant. Grantor may terminate this agreement, at Grantor’s sole discretion, if Xxxxxxx’s or any of its sub-grantees’ and/or its sub-contractors’ board members, executive officers, directors, administrators, supervisors, managers, or financial officers or anyone holding such a position of authority become convicted of theft, fraud, or any crime involving dishonesty.
