Criminal History Clearances. This Agreement is expressly conditioned upon the Contractor’s eligibility for school employment under Section 1-111 of the Pennsylvania Public School Code. To that end, prior to beginning any work, the Contractor must provide the Superintendent or designee with a copy of the following three background checks: Department of Human Services Child Abuse Clearance; Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check, and Federal Criminal Record Information.
