Criminal History. 1. The County will evaluate whether the Bidder’s, criminal history demonstrates a lack of business integrity or business honesty. The Bidder is required to identify and may be rejected as not responsible if any of the events listed in the attached Responsibility Detail Form paragraph 1.3 have occurred for the Bidder within the past 5 years.
