Criminal Laws. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has engaged in or will engage in (i) any direct or indirect dealings or transactions in violation of applicable criminal laws, including, without limitation, the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the Fraud Act of 2006, the Theft Act of 1968 the Travel Act of 1961 or any anti-money laundering statute, or (ii) any “aiding and abetting” in any violation of applicable criminal laws. No action, suit or proceeding by or before any court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries with respect to criminal laws is pending or threatened except as would not, singularly or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Criminal Laws. Except as set forth in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has engaged in, or will engage in, (i) any direct or indirect dealings or transactions in violation of federal or state criminal laws, including, without limitation, the CSA, the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Practices Act, the International Travel Act of 1961 or any anti-money laundering statute, except for direct or indirect dealings or transactions that would not individually or in the aggregate reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or (ii) any “aiding and abetting” in any violation of federal or state criminal laws statute, except for any violation that would not individually or in the aggregate reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Except as set forth in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, no action, suit or proceeding by or before any court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries with respect to federal or state criminal laws is pending or threatened.

Neither the Corporation nor any Subsidiary nor any Related Entity nor, to the knowledge of the Corporation, any Investment Entity, has engaged in, or will engage in, (i) any direct or indirect dealings or transactions in violation of U.S. federal or state criminal laws, including, without limitation, the Controlled Substances Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the Travel Act or any anti-money laundering statute, (ii) any “aiding and abetting” in any violation of U.S. federal or state criminal laws, or (iii) any activity similar to (i) or (ii) where such activity is not fully lawful under all applicable federal, state, provincial or territorial laws of any other federal, provincial, territorial, state or foreign jurisdiction; and no action, suit or proceeding by or before any court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Corporation, any Subsidiary, any Related Entity or any Investment Entity with respect to U.S. federal or state criminal laws, or such similar laws of any other federal, provincial, territorial, state or foreign jurisdiction, is pending or, to the knowledge of the Corporation, threatened.

Except as set forth in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has engaged in, or will engage in, any direct or indirect dealings or transactions in violation of federal or state criminal laws, including, without limitation, the CSA (including through 18 U.S. Code § 2), the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Practices Act, the International Travel Act of 1961 or any anti-money laundering statute, except for direct or indirect dealings or transactions that would not individually or in the aggregate reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Except as set forth in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus, no action, suit or proceeding by or before any court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries with respect to federal or state criminal laws is pending or threatened orally or in writing.

Neither the Corporation nor any of its Subsidiaries has violated, and does not reasonably expect it will violate, U.S. federal or state criminal laws, including, without limitation, the Federal Cannabis Laws, the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Practices Act, the Travel Act or any anti-money laundering statute. No action, suit or proceeding by or before any U.S. court or governmental agency, authority or body or any arbitrator involving the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to U.S. federal or state criminal laws is pending or, to the Corporation’s knowledge, threatened.
Criminal Laws. All criminal laws re- lating to Federal property shall apply to the same extent as on adjacent units of the Na- tional Forest System.

Criminal Laws. Whether on or off duty, employees shall not knowingly commit any criminal offense under any laws of the United States, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or any other jurisdiction in which the employee is present. {26.1.1}
