Common use of Crisis Respite Homes Clause in Contracts

Crisis Respite Homes. (A) Crisis Respite Homes provide respite services to persons with developmental disabilities and their families. Each Crisis Respite Home will have four beds for use by individuals with developmental disabilities. (B) Pursuant to the schedule set forth below, the State will establish 12 Crisis Respite Homes by July 1, 2014. (1) By July 1, 2012, the State will have five Crisis Respite Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. (2) By July 1, 2013, the State will establish an additional four Crisis Respite Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. (3) By July 1, 2014, the State will establish an additional three Crisis Respite Homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
