Common use of Cross Suspension Clause in Contracts

Cross Suspension. IBRD or XXX has suspended in whole or in part the right of the Recipient or any agency thereof, or any entity in the West Bank and Gaza under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority, to make withdrawals under any agreement with IBRD or with XXX because of a failure by the Recipient, or any agency thereof, or any entity in the West Bank and Gaza under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority, to perform any of its obligations under such agreement or any other agreement with IBRD or XXX.”
