  • Withdrawal of the Proceeds of the Financing General The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Association shall specify by notice to the Recipient (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Association and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below. The following table specifies the categories of Eligible Expenditures that may be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing (“Category”), the allocations of the amounts of the Credit and the Grant, respectively, to each Category, and the percentage of expenditures to be financed for Eligible Expenditures in each Category: Categories Amount of the Credit Allocated (expressed in SDR) Amount of the Grant Allocated (expressed in SDR) % of expenditures to be financed

  • Withdrawal of Loan Proceeds 1. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the following provisions of this Schedule shall apply to the withdrawal of Loan proceeds from the Loan Account.

  • Use of Proceeds of the Grant Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement.

  • Withdrawal of Cases After a case on which an Appeal Board is empowered to rule hereunder has been referred to the Appeal Board, the case may not be withdrawn by either party except by mutual consent.

  • Payment of the Grant 8.1 The Commonwealth agrees to pay the Grant to the Grantee in accordance with the Grant Details.

  • Withdrawal of Consent The Participant understands that the Participant is providing the consents herein on a purely voluntary basis. If the Participant does not consent, or if the Participant later seeks to revoke the Participant’s consent, the Participant’s employment status or service and career with the Employer will not be adversely affected; the only consequence of the Participant’s refusing or withdrawing the Participant’s consent is that the Company would not be able to grant RSUs or other equity awards to the Participant or administer or maintain such awards. Therefore, the Participant understands that refusing or withdrawing the Participant’s consent may affect the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. For more information on the consequences of Participant’s refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent, the Participant understands that the Participant may contact the Participant’s local human resources representative.
