Cruise Terminal Routine Cleaning Requirements. Prior to commencement of passenger embark and debark operations, except at otherwise provided in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak or as otherwise provided herein or in the Port COVID19 Safety Procedures, WICO shall cause each cruise terminal (and any associated bathrooms therein and connected passenger boarding bridges) covered by this MOU, but excluding Cruise Terminal A and its associated facilities and passenger boarding bridges, which are privately maintained), to be cleaned in accordance with the Routine Cleaning Procedures set forth in section III of the Port COVID-19 Safety Procedures.
