Cryptocurrencies Held on Your Behalf. You authorize us to hold any Cryptocurrencies bought on your behalf until we receive further instruction from you. You understand that we may delegate this function in accordance with Section 1.2.2.5. You remain at all times the owner of the Cryptocurrencies and money that we hold on your behalf, and you agree that you will not encumber your ownership of such Cryptocurrencies and money outside of the eToro Platform. eToro will maintain true, complete and accurate records relating to the fiat money and Cryptocurrencies held for you. Please note that your assets may be at risk if the wallet or the bank or depositary becomes insolvent.
