CTE Academy Coordinators Classification Sample Clauses
The CTE Academy Coordinators Classification clause defines the employment category and status of individuals serving as coordinators within a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Academy. It typically outlines whether these coordinators are considered part of a specific bargaining unit, their eligibility for certain benefits, and the terms of their employment, such as full-time or part-time status. By clearly classifying these positions, the clause ensures that coordinators understand their rights and responsibilities, and it helps the employer apply consistent policies regarding compensation, benefits, and job expectations.
