CTI’s Right to Join. If CTI shall exercise its rights to join any legal proceeding brought by DFCI under Section 6.4 of the License Agreement, then TGTX shall have the right to join CTI under the same terms and conditions of paragraph 6.4(b)(iii) of the License Agreement.
