CTS Independent Contractors. Certain services may be provided by independent contractors. These professionals are independent from CTS and governed by their respective state licensing authority, if applicable. The use of such services is voluntary and the Athlete hereby indemnifies, releases and holds CTS harmless from and against any liability, claims, loss or injury associated with the services.
