Common use of Cumulative Benefits Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Benefits. Except as provided in Section 3.03(b), the rights and benefits provided to the Executive under the Agreement are in addition to and shall not be a replacement of, all of the other rights and benefits provided to such Executive under any Benefit Plan or any agreement between such Executive and the Company.
