Cumulative Effect; Conflict of Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the provisions of the Security Documents are hereby made cumulative with the provisions of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in any of the other DIP Financing Documents by specific reference to the applicable provision of this Agreement, if any provision contained in this Agreement is in direct conflict with, or inconsistent with, any provision in any of the other DIP Financing Documents (other than the Financing Orders), the provision contained in this Agreement shall govern and control; in the event that any provision in this Agreement is in direct conflict with, or inconsistent with, any provisions of the Financing Orders, the provisions of the Financing Orders shall govern and control.
