Cumulative Security. The execution and delivery of this Security Agreement in no manner shall impair or affect any other security (by endorsement or otherwise) for the Secured Obligations. No security taken hereafter as security for the Secured Obligations shall impair in any manner or affect this Security Agreement. All such present and future additional security is to be considered as cumulative security.

Cumulative Security. The Security shall be cumulative, in addition to, and independent of, every other security which the Collateral Agent or any Beneficiary may at any time hold in respect of the Secured Obligations or any other obligations or any rights, powers and remedies provided by law.
