Common use of CUPE NATIONAL CONVENTION Clause in Contracts

CUPE NATIONAL CONVENTION. The Employer shall provide five (5) working days' paid leave of absence to one (1) employee who is selected by the Union to attend the biennial CUPE National Convention, All wages paid to an employee granted such leave shall be charged to the Joint Staff Education and Conference Fund, and the provisions of Article 16.04 shall apply.
