Common use of Curable Breach Clause in Contracts

Curable Breach. If Grantor determines that a breach by Xxxxxxx is curable, Grantor may send written notice to Grantee stating the nature of the breach. Should the breach not be cured by Grantee within thirty days from the date of the notice, the Agreement will be immediately terminated. Forbearance of this section or any other termination provision by Grantor shall not constitute a waiver of the breach.
