Matching Funds. The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Matching Funds shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement. In the event that the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Cost of Project identified in Appendix D, the OPWC shall not be required to increase the maximum amount of the grant provided herein and the Recipient shall increase its Matching Funds to meet such actual Cost of Project.
Matching Funds. If a project is awarded less than $10,000 ($0-$9,999) in grant funds or is a statewide project administered by a local organization as part of a Division statewide program, no matching funds are required. All other projects must provide local matching funds that equal a minimum of one-third (1/3) of the amount of federal grant funds awarded. Upon request, the Division will waive the financial matching requirements on grants for libraries located in counties or communities with rural status in compliance with Sections 288.0656 and 288.06561, Florida Statutes. In addition, the following are not allowed as matching expenditures:
Matching Funds. The matching ratio for the federal participating funds for this Work is 80.00% federal-aid funds to 20.00% Local Agency funds, it being understood that such ratio applies only to the $625,000.00 that is eligible for federal participation, it being further understood that all non-participating costs are borne by the Local Agency at 100%. If the total participating cost of performance of the Work exceeds $625,000.00, and additional federal funds are made available for the Work, the Local Agency shall pay 20.00% of all such costs eligible for federal participation and 100% of all non-participating costs; if additional federal funds are not made available, the Local Agency shall pay all such excess costs. If the total participating cost of performance of the Work is less than $625,000.00, then the amounts of Local Agency and federal-aid funds will be decreased in accordance with the funding ratio described herein. The performance of the Work shall be at no cost to the State.
Matching Funds. The Grantee must provide from local sources matching cash funds equal to 10 percent (10%) of the grant award.
Matching Funds. Grantee shall commit from its own funds, and/or obtain binding and enforceable commitments, for the Matching Funds, all dedicated to completion of the Project as contemplated in the Grant Application.
Matching Funds. Local Agency shall provide matching funds as provided in §7.A. and Exhibit C. Local Agency shall have raised the full amount of matching funds prior to the Effective Date and shall report to the State regarding the status of such funds upon request. Local Agency represents to the State that the amount designated “Local Agency Matching Funds” in Exhibit C has been legally appropriated for the purpose of this Agreement by its authorized representatives and paid into its treasury. Local Agency may evidence such obligation by an appropriate ordinance/resolution or other authority letter expressly authorizing Local Agency to enter into this Agreement and to expend its match share of the Work. A copy of any such ordinance/resolution or authority letter is attached hereto as Exhibit

The Public Entity shall supply to the Commissioner of MMB whatever documentation the Commissioner of MMB may request to substantiate the availability and source of any matching funds, and the source and terms relating to all matching funds must be consented to, in writing, by the Commissioner of MMB.

A copy of any such ordinance/resolution or authority letter is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
