Common use of Cure by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Cure by Consultant. The Village may require the Consultant, within a reasonable time, to complete or correct all or any part of the Services that are the subject of the Event of Default; and to take any or all other action necessary to bring the Consultant and the Services into compliance with this Agreement.
