Cure by Purchase of Leased Properties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Lessee may cure any Event of Default affecting or relating to the Leased Properties by purchasing the Leased Properties as provided in Section 16.4 of this Lease. ARTICLE XLI
