Cure of Defaults. Cure any Event of Default without releasing Borrower from any obligation hereunder or under the Loan Documents. In connection with exercising its right to cure an Event of Default, Lender may enter upon any Place of Business and do such acts and things as Lender deems necessary or desirable to protect the collateral pledged under any Security Instrument, including, without limitation: (i) paying, purchasing, contesting or compromising any encumbrance, charge, lien, claim of lien, tax, assessment, fine, lease payment or other imposition; (ii) paying any insurance premiums; and (iii) employing counsel, accountants, and other appropriate persons to assist Lender in the foregoing.
