Cure of Payment Default. If a Payment Default exists at any time, Senior Creditor agrees that any Junior Creditor may cure such Payment Default by paying to Senior Creditor, in immediately available funds, the amount necessary to cure such Payment Default, and Senior Creditor agrees to accept such payment from such Junior Creditor for application to the Senior Debt. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Senior Creditor to notify Junior Creditor of the existence of any Default.

Cure of Payment Default. BCO shall have 10 days from notice from the Town to cure any payment default;
Cure of Payment Default. A Payment Default shall be deemed to have been cured when (and only when) the full amount of the Payment Default, plus interest thereon at the Default Rate (as in effect from time to time), accruing from the date of the Payment Default until the date of cure, has been paid by the curing Defaulting Shareholder.

  • Other Payment Default The Borrower shall default in the payment when and as due (whether at maturity, by reason of acceleration or otherwise) of interest on any Loan or Reimbursement Obligation or the payment of any other Obligation, and such default shall continue for a period of three (3) Business Days.

  • No Payment Default Except for payment delinquencies that have been continuing for a period of not more than 29 days, no payment default under the terms of any Receivable exists as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Covenant Default (a) Borrower fails or neglects to perform any obligation in Sections 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, or 6.9, or violates any covenant in Section 7; or

  • Event of Default Any of the following shall constitute an “Event of Default”:

  • Non-Monetary Default Failure in the performance of any of the agreements, conditions, covenants, provisions or stipulations contained in the Loan Documents which is not cured within one hundred twenty (120) days from written notice thereof from the Lender to the Borrower.

  • Monetary Default If a Monetary Default occurs and continues for 10 Business Days after Notice from Landlord, specifying in reasonable detail the amount of money not paid and the nature and calculation of each such payment.
